The oil and natural gas boom didn't employ many people? Did you really just make that claim? Actually it did, Joey and those jobs paid big money! The result of that boom were lower energy prices for businesses and Americans across the board...one more thing that freed up billions of dollars to be spent on other things. Remember that the next time you fill your tank at your neighborhood gas station. You're paying a "tax" on liberal policies every time you gas up your vehicle or go to the grocery store to put food on your kitchen table!
