Tomorrow is one week after the election. The results are still trickling in and there is no confirmation of a GOP control of the House. The Dems are slow walking the counts. WHY? If the House stays in Nancy's hands, I'm done. I'll be preparing for plan B from this point on.

States have written in to their election laws when the different type ballots have to be received and counted by.

Each state law determines such, not you or me.

No State has broken their election law on this, as of yet. They have all met the deadlines that have come up, on counting.

No state is slow walking, they are following their security check measures, and counting in the time manner as their law dictates.

Opponents of the bill argued that it represented an unjustified attack on abortion rights, preventing doctors from exercising their best medical judgment and exposing them to possible lawsuits or prosecution.
