Regrettably, to pass a Medicare drug insurance act through congress, Democrats had to accept Republicans' insisted Medicare prescription drug insurance under the auspices, but not directly administrated by the government.
That's why I, as do many others, have little or no problems with Medicare, other than the cost of our prescription drugs.
Miraculously, Democrats' have again accomplished something that will be substantially net beneficial to our nation; they've somehow managed to pass the “Inflation Reduction Act”.
The act enables the federal government to negotiate drug prices on behalf of Medicare patients. But why are they starting to negotiate for only 10 drugs, and why should it require years before prices for almost all drugs have been negotiated?
Cannot both the speaker of the house, Representative Pelosi, and the senate majority leader, Senator Schumer, simultaneously walk and chew gum? Respectfully, Supposn
