Democrats Attack Gay Trump Nomination

I don't worry about that kind of stuff at all. I'm just trying to get to retirement in one piece. became less likely now that you've put Cheeto Hitler back in office and he'll fuck up the economy again.
I hope for a man with your ill temper you make it to retirement. Say JoeB131, how could Trump screw the economy?

The Army was also providing you room, board, food, clothing, etc. Not to mention lifetime VA benefits. Not bad for two years of your life.
Joe, what you describe is given to convicts. And JoeB131, sorry but the Government never gave me VA benefits until around 1970 they gave us the right to a VA loan and doled out about 1.5 years of education fees. As to hospital care, that ended when i was discharged from active duty. You do not know Army benefits of my era at all.

Joe, you were a Supply Sgt. Probably an E-5. But when you enlisted, you got treated like dog shit.

And if you were too dumb to avoid the draft in 1961, that's kind of on you. Most people who had any kind of prospects were able to.
My first draft notice was in 1961 and they nabbed me in February of 1962. I was 23 and thinking they forgot me. Sure pals of mine dodged the draft by going into the coast guard or reserves of a service. I never said I was smart to be drafted. Factually when they drafted me, I was chosen by the Company Commander to be the platoon Sgt of my training company. He excused me from all shit details due to my stripes on my arm. My unit awarded me with being sent to the leadership academy for my command of my platoon. This led to me being another platoon Sgt in AIT. Again excused from all shit details. In Germany I was first the jeep driver for the Company Commander after the 1st Sgt saw I had qualified to be in officer candidate school. All in all my time in Germany was fun for me. With the consent of the Company Commander the 1st Sgt wanted me to serve as the Company Clerk and I am proud that I was able to get the company paperwork to be proper and done expertly and I was able to go to Holland to have fun.

Actually, I got treated pretty well. (I made E-6, and they offered me an E-7 slot to get me to re-enlist a fourth time, but I turned it down.)

Look, man, I can get that an earlier generation didn't care all that much for conscription (or forced enlistment to avoid conscription.) But sometimes, when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade.

Wow, it this what happens when you hit your 80's. you go on these long rambles about nothing anyone asked about.

I have a wonderful temper. Most people who know me like me.

My IRL persona is much different than my USMB persona.

Trump could screw up the economy in so many ways, especially since it's still fragile from the last time he fucked it up.

Three main most likely scenarios I see are...

Mass Deportations lead to a spike in inflation/housing shortages when the people needed for those industries aren't available.

Tariffs cause a spike in inflation and screw with manufacturing supply chains.

People finally realize that Cryptocurrencies are a fraud, and trillions of dollars disappear faster than you can say, "The Emperor has no clothes!"

In my short year as the Company Clerk of HQ and HQ company, my then CO had set me up to be an E-5 however he got promoted to Major and put in charge of Battalion Supply. The Company 1st Sgt knew i was soon to get discharged from Germany and that i was not going to Re up.So he killed it for me and I got out as still a Sp4.

JoeB131, I was trying to treat you as a human and if you don't want me to, I don't need to.

Shoving back the illegals is smart for Trump. Reason is it opens it for the legal migrants waiting in line already. The new legals can do the work you want done.
Biden hiked tariffs on China. Did you notice his sudden high prices kicking in?
I have never got into the crypto market. It seems like it is like counterfeit money to me.

Nice. Don't care.

@JoeB131, can you supply proof from those who know you?

I don't want my friends seeing the conversations they have on here. Most of them think the next four years aren't going to be that bad.

JoeB131, we have no way to find out if you told the truth.

Who cares what you believe (other than to make fun of it.)
That is your problem JoeB131 that I do not have at all. I do not post to any poster to make fun of what they say. You show up to do that.
