Then about 50 years ago, Voting Rights, Civil Rights, Great Society helped US evolve as a Society in how Blacks could have better lives and equal rights. However, we’ve seen fewer two parent households, more black abortions, increase in drug use among blacks, increase in Blacks living in welfare long term, and an increase in Black on Black crime.

To treat the OP's argument seriously, you have to put it in historical context.

From emancipation to 1932, the majority of blacks voted for Republicans. They were, after all, the party of Lincoln.

Then in 1932, they - and everyone else - abandoned the GOP, to the point where by 1936, the GOP was a non factor, with only 18 Senators and 83 house members. The actual "Opposition" party to FDR's New Deal was Conservative Southern Democrats, and FDR and his successors played a balancing act of advancing civil rights, but not too quickly as to not piss off southern conservatives.

Well, 1964 rolled around, and LBJ pulled the bandage off the scab and passed the Civil Rights and Voting Acts. Goldwater opposed it and he won a whopping six states. (Five of them in the deep south).

So then Tricky Dick decided that all those Southerners who were upset that blacks could drink at the same water fountain now were a prime voting block for the GOP. And what you had since then was a whole history of appealing to racism to get stupid white people to vote against their own economic interests. Initially, it worked fine. Nixon and Reagan both won 49 states! So you got Nixon talking about "Law and Order" or Reagan Talking about "Welfare Queens" or the Elder Bush telling people Willie Horton was going to break into their house and rape them. And stupid white people ate that shit up and wondered where their dad's good union job went.

ANYWAY.... by 2000, that shit wasn't working anymore. Not with 30% of the electorate being non-white now. George W. Bush actually realized this and had the good sense to try to undo the damage and reach out to blacks and hispanics, but the GOP rank and file wasn't having any of that! Immigration reform? You mean my daughter might date a Mexican? **** that!

So you have Trump, doubling down on the racism and not even bothering to use the code words anymore. .

yeah, people no longer felt a need to marry someone they didn't love because they accidentally created a baby. That's what happened. Since women are perfectly capable of earning their own money now, they don't have to latch themselves onto a sperm donor they don't want to spend the rest of their lives with.

The irony is this. Ben Carson grew up poor and Black. Obama grew up privileged and white (Carson had a Black mother, Obama’s mother was white). Carson does not argue that he benefitted from all of the things the Meme lists and seeks to twist and mock. Carson believes in limited welfare not lifelong welfare. Obama benefitted from wealthy elite schools..
