The ratio of republicans to democrats is 25/70 = 36%. CALL IT CLOSE TO 40%Liar. Only 25 percent of Californians are Republicans.TO 45%D
congressional seats held by republicans is 9/52 = 17% gerrymandered seats
If you do the same math for these states you see that republicans are very under-represented due to gerrymandering. As for New England, you lie again. There aren't even close to 40 percent of Republicans in the northeast. DO THE MATH R/(R+D)
VT: 20 percent R TO 53%D. ONE DEM =27%R
ME: 30 percent R TO 33%D TWO DEMS 30/63 = 48%R
NH : 33 percent R TO 28D TWO DEMS 33/61 = 54%R HOW DID THEY GET TWO DEMS?
MA: 8 percent! R TO 25D NINE DEMS ZERO REPUBS
CT: 21 percent R TO 35D FIVE DEMS 21/56 = 38%R
RI: 14 percent R TO 36D ONE DEM
Zero republican house members from the NE is a fact due to gerrymandering. Now stop being a weak-minded rube parroting your lying propagandists' bullshit narratives.
The Northeast has only 12 congressional seats, with Vermont having only one of those seats. And when you look at the FACTS, you can see why the Republicans have none of those seats. Miraculously, they do have one Senator.
CA is very gerrymandered, so democrats can't complain if Republicans squeeze oit a few more House seats.
