I think there is a threshold of "being a positive American" that could easily justify amnesty for those who indeed are "additive" to America. The people who have been here for years and have worked hard and not broken any laws (except entering), to deport them is actually unAmerican.

But there's no realistic way to prove that. They all say they've been here for 30 years and working hard. To verify each case would cost a trillion bucks. Kick them all out.

Some of those Americans were retired, but could not get their SS check because the illegal assholes were using their SS# and it looked like they were still working.
