The problem lies in the attitude about rushing to name the winner. That's being weaponized by the Left unless it serves their purpose to delay certification. There is no excuse of any kind for allowing votes to still be counted, DAYS after election day. There is NO excuse for mass-mail in ballots, even if they could be verified in time.
