Dumb ass Abbott wants to put on a show, but there are plenty of smaller ciities he could bus migrants to and they would iimmediately get put to work. A small American city is so desperate for workers it doesn't just want migrants to move there - it will pay them $15,000 to come.

Cities like New York, Chicago, and Denver are struggling to care for 100,000 migrants bussed in from Texas as up to 10,000 cross from Mexico every day.

But Topeka, the capital of Kansas, wishes a few of those buses would come its way to join its growing Hispanic community that makes up 17 per cent of the population.

The city has an unemployment rate of just 2.9 per cent, compared to the national 3.7, and 7,000 open jobs it can't fill from the ranks of its about 175,000 locals.

City officials launched the Choose Topeka program in 2019, offering up to $15,000 to anyone moving from outside Shawnee County, with a cap of $300,000 a year.

If you read the article they don't want buses dropping off unvetted illegals. In order to qualify for the cash pay out you have to have a job lined up.
Do you people not understand the illegals crossing the border are unvetted and have no ID or documentation.
Why would someone wanting to migrate to the US ditch their identification at the border?
Why would we let them in when ever other country they passed through required them to have ID?
