Democratic candidate for California Governor Katie Porter holds up a white board with a message that reads “FU*K TRUMP” at the CA Dem Convention

I'm becoming increasingly tired of this behavior from both sides of the aisle. I don't know why it's so much to ask for grown men and woman to run for office who actually behave like grown men and women. If anyone wonders why we see so much unruly behavior from kids today, stop wondering. They're a reflection of who is raising them.

Both sides? The Democrats have a monopoly on potty mouth politics. The vast majority of the gutter language comes from the Democrats and their faithful.

Thanks for the selective quote of my words.

There's nothing to not be sure about. Her behavior was grossly unprofessional and childish for someone who wants to be the governor of the largest state. We need to raise the bar across the board.

And in California zero blame can be foisted on Republicans

I'm not so sure, for example would it have been wrong for someone to hold up a placard saying "Scheiß auf Hitler" in 1920s Germany - when it was still safe to do so? I think with hindsight we have to say it would not have been wrong.

Trump and his administration are actively seeking to restrict people's right to free speech, he is instilling fear all across the country even universities and media companies are cringing.
Free speech is not screaming into another person's face, threatening people with violence, assaulting them, damaging and destroying their property and anything else related. And when these people affected defend themselves, they are the ones who go to prison. To see someone in a restaurant pull out a handgun when your free speech commies are in their love mode violating their rights and blow away a half dozen of them would be poetic justice. True karma is that when you get your dictatorship, you will act surprised when the ruling class includes you in their population reduction. You do not even deserve to die quickly. Civility is a thin veneer. You guys have destroyed it.

I made it conditional, meaning there are sometimes circumstances when we must wrestle with whether to conform to established norms or not.

It is regrettable, I don't dispute that. But many see trump a dire threat to your country and even the world.

I asked, with hindsight would we really berate someone if they had prominently insulted Hitler while there was still time do it? If that kind of gross insult to Hitler might have weakened him and prevented him grabbing power - would we still disapprove of such insulting behavior?

So my position is that yes it's grossly unprofessional etc, but the end might justify the means.

See how the Democrats want special Rights & Protections for Pedo / NAMBLA / MAP types as just another Alternative Lifestyle ?
a very small minority is pushing for that.

don't try to pretend that is a plank in their platform.

How very civil of you.

And Most times you simply show how lousy of a person you are.

Some opinions are much more well-founded than are others.

Like the one I just gave.
Yours are less than one-dimensional. You, in fact, suffer from a mental pathology.

But do try to have a nice day. Go out and play in traffic or something.

But it's not both sides. It's 1000:1 commee swine. Obiden 1.0 opened the floodgates normalizing this sort of stuff. All the way into Congress.

If any decent "R" ever gets angry and fights back you BoardStain and MiddleStain you start the Both Sides hogwash. It's in the schools right now. Training Children to flip off Cops, yell F ICE .

You own it. You empower them with your non-stop TDS.
