I live in PG County, MD. Mostly black and a median income 30% above the national. Wealthy blacks are very racist. It’s the conditioning of black centricity.

That said, it’s a good bet that the wealthy blacks in PG likely are comprised of dual-income federal employees, who benefitted from the hiring advantage blacks have over whites in the government, and, within several years, can easily advance to GS 13 (or higher) for a combined income of at least $200,000.

Seems they should be appreciative of the opportunities given to them, often at the expense of better qualified whites. Yet they are STILL RACIST? Then yes, it’s conditioned.

It’s a conditioned culture, for sure. Still many unstructured families in spite of the money. Crime and schools are second worst in the state and DC area. Very black obsessed. Interesting that as more highspanics move in, the blacks move out. No one mentions black flight.
Momma has a good job working for or adjacent to the federal gov, America’s largest no-risk corporation.
