In black American culture it's acceptable to drop out high school, have grandma raise the babies, use violence, speak broken english, have hate towards whitey, drop out of school, get high, etc. None of this would be acceptable in an Asian family. Legislation that is advertised as "fighting terrorism" and protecting American citizens, is instead used to commit espionage against American citizens and circumvent numerous provisions of the U.S. Constitution.

Is it your contention that liberals have purposefully ruined black culture by promoting policies that are aimed at evening the playing field? Is it your contention that this has been done to black culture as a means of securing votes? If not...what is the purpose?

Have liberals offered people of other races and cultures the policies? Or, have black Americans been singled out for this treatment by liberals for some reason? What is that reason?

Do you contend that black Americans are somehow less capable than those of other cultures...and therefore have fallen victim to this liberal plan to ruin them?

I'm not saying liberals started the culture. I'm saying they're helping to perpetuating it. Let's face it, they encourage it. Do I think it's a mass conspiracy by liberals against black people? No. I think in many cases liberals have the right intentions in wanting to help blacks, but they ignore the consequences. Many liberals also see black as useful idiots. There are racists on both sides of the aisle, ya know.

I don't believe that blacks are any less capable of any other groups. Hence, I told you I see their problems as a product of a broken culture.

Ultimately the culprit is blacks. They need to change their culture. Liberals are making it harder to do so by providing excuses.

That practice showed a great deal of wisdom. I always thought that Ron Paul was a lunatic, but he absolutely knew how to game the system. Loading up a program that you object to with pork, just in case it passed, and then voting against it based on your knowledge that it was a foolish program, is a masterful stroke of cunning.

Each year, roughly 7,000 blacks are murdered. Ninety-four percent of the time, the murderer is another black person. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, between 1976 and 2011, there were 279,384 black murder victims. Using the 94 percent figure means that 262,621 were murdered by other blacks. Though blacks are 13 percent of the nation's population, they account for more than 50 percent of homicide victims. Nationally, black homicide victimization rate is six times that of whites, and in some cities, it's 22 times that of whites. Coupled with being most of the nation's homicide victims, blacks are most of the victims of violent personal crimes, such as assault and robbery.

The magnitude of this tragic mayhem can be viewed in another light. According to a Tuskegee Institute study, between the years 1882 and 1968, 3,446 blacks were lynched at the hands of whites. Black fatalities during the Korean War (3,075), Vietnam War (7,243) and all wars since 1980 (8,197) come to 18,515, a number that pales in comparison with black loss of life at home. It's a tragic commentary to be able to say that young black males have a greater chance of reaching maturity on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan than on the streets of Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Oakland, Newark and other cities
