But....gun control in France worked....not one victim, not one witness to the killings had a gun.....only the killers did.....

Puerto Rico...same thing...the strictest gun control laws in the United States and it's terrritories, they are an Island nation, isolated by oceans from Cicero...and River Forest, and they have one of the highest gun murder rates in the world...
