The Deadly Consequences of Democrats’ War on ICE Enforcement

It is not a violation of police protocols for an officer to defend himself from an assault. LOL, I would wager you were on the Byrd bandwagon that justified his actions when he summarily executed Ashlii Babbitt from ACROSS THE ROOM---clearly outside of any police protocol--but I digress. Try again.
You would lose your wager lad. I am against murder by police, whether Byrd or ICE.

Totally different situations. One WAS murder. The other was self-defense. Are you opposed to defending yourself?
Of course not, but when I see a grown man with a badge deliberately placing himself in front of a vehicle with its engine running he looks like a dumb shit who can't cross the road by himself. Does ICE hire only idiots with no common sense?

BTW I'm still not convinced that the car even touched him. If it did it was a glancing blow.

Noes this negate his right to defend himself?

Its not necessary for the car to touch him and still be self0-defense.

And I see a very foolish woman who, with multiple people pointing guns at her, tried to flee the scene. Where is the compassion for the woman's foolishness?

I don't care if they are right or wrong, when LE is pointing guns at you, it is the smart course of action to do exactly what they tell you to do. If they are in the wrong, you could have nice little payday to make it all worth your while. Defy them, and you're not around to benefit from any disciplinary action taken against them.

It seems like stepping out of the fooking way would be a better way to defend himself. I learned that before I was in high school.

You are very much an authoritarian, always favoring government over the individual. That is consistent with your unbridled support of IDF and the Zionist agenda.

I keep telling you those foil helmets you order from the back page of your comic book don't really give you mindreading powers, but here we are again...

Nice to know you libs figure a jay walker is fair game. She assaulted an officer of the law with a deadly weapon and got what she deserved. FAFO.

An officer that could easily be described as dumber than a box of rocks for placing his body directly in front of a vehicle with a running engine, driven by a US citizen. They don't hire those ICE goons for IQ. South Park covered that some months back.

You avoided the question:
Does this negate his right to defend himself?
It must have gone right over your head. I did address it, using common sense. The best way to defend yourself is by NOT endangering yourself. Capiche? The idiot invited harm by positioning himself in front of a vehicle with the engine running.

IQ requirements for ICE are pretty darn low it appears.

No. You avoided the question, in toto.
You simply do not want to admit the officer had the right to defend himself, regardless of all the little nits you picked.

Prove me wrong - tell me you believe none of that negated his right to self-defense.

I think I already answered that. OF COURSE a cop has the right to self defense, but if a cop deliberately puts himself into harm's way, how does that change the equation?

I learned to stay out of the way of cars and moving trains before I was in high school. How about you?

The guy is an idiot. I have no problems with cops at all. My grandfather was a cop and many friends over many years too.

The mission is impossible in this case. I strongly agree that Biden allowed and facilitated the invasion. It also facilitated child trafficking, showing the Satanic side of it.

The point is, and this case demonstrates it, that law enforcement is unable to sort the bad from the good. It ain't working after a year of trying, and all it accomplishes is plunging us deeper into police state third world country status. It can't be done, and that is well documented. I don't have a solution, but I'm not going to pretend that what they're doing is solving any problem at all.

The woman was foolish because the smart thing to do when LE points guns at you is to do exactly what they tell you to do. Where is the compassion for her foolishness?

A driver also has the responsibility to avoid colliding with a pedestrian whenever possible.

You are lying.

That's the question I have been asking you.
You have not gathered up the intellectual honesty to address it.
I am sure this will not change.

Prove me wrong - tell me you believe none of the nits you picked negate his right to self-defense.

A man has the responsibility to not place himself in harm's way. Don't do stupid things.

I wear a helmet when riding my motorcycle, but I understand I can still be harmed. I can drown in the ocean when I swim in it. Friends have died doing just that.

But I don't place my body in front of a car or airplane with a running engine.
