In arresting violent criminal illegal aliens, in some cases ICE has been encountering illegal aliens who have no violent criminality, and is deporting them too. Nothing wrong with that.

Illegals who entered the US without authorization from US immigration, are guilty of the CRIME of US Code 8 Section 1325, and certainly should be deported, whether ICE was looking specifically for them or not.
