Ignoring these judges only puts more mustard in their gazpacho, then when the ruling goes to a superior court, the matter before them will not be whether the first judge was crazy or within his rights or not, but just that Trump ignored a federal court.

Thing is that, if these district judges appointed by Congress can get away with this, then they have more power than the Supreme Court to be able to unilaterally by themselves block a presidential action, where even the Supreme Court needs five judges or more all agreeing, to do so.

Do not forget Congress itself. As the body which created their positions, Congress has the authority to overrule their orders.

You got that now?

1. Congress creates/appoints district judges.
2. District judges usurp power of the presidency, something even the Supreme Court cannot do w/o at least 5 Justices.
3. But Congress, who is not above the president, merely co-equal, has the power to overrule these judges.

So, these district judges have more power than the President and Supreme Court, yet can be reigned in by a Congress with no more power than the president. Confused yet?
