Democrat Fears 48-State Loss to Trump

Rep. Tim Ryan said Wednesday Democrats will lose in 48 states, if presidential candidates continue with their call for "Medicare for All" healthcare plans.

This is particularly if they result in the loss of negotiated benefits for union workers, like the ones he represents in Ohio. Other moderate Democrats have expressed opposition to Medicare for All and echoed Ryan’s fear that pushing such a policy would clear the path for defeat in 2020. Former Maryland Rep. John Delaney called the plan “bad policy” and said it “will just get President Trump reelected.”

Well Democrats. What do you have to say about THAT ?

Much of Obama's claims were exaggerated but the article also notes that there is little ICE can do about all the illegals already here.

ICE can do plenty abut illegals here now. It can round them up and deport them. It can also have its budget expanded greatly, and do much more. Trump should remember everyone if these illegal aliens is a (illegal) Democrat voter.

It will take decades to round up 10-20 million even if more don't arrive. It's so sad that so many like yourself put your politics ahead of what you claim to support.

I don't know what you're talking about. Put politics ahead of what I support ? Have no idea what that means.

You are not qualified to say that it "will take decades to round up 10-20 million". Anything can be done and done quickly, all depending on how methodology is changed. A lot also has to do with cooperation from the American pubic in identifying and reporting illegal aliens, giving ICE a clear shot at where to go, when, and who to go after. Lots of things could be changed in minutes.

Sure, if things stay the lame ass way they are, nothing much happens, but that isn't the scenario.
