the most celebrated form of government known to the world is democracy. it is of, for, by the people. because of this, democracy is susceptible to the same human frailties that afflict us all...greed! prejudice! hubris! dishonesty! moral weakness!

government is only as sound and effective as the people who are empowered by the people to run it.

this its fundamental imperfection!

systems are unduly influenced in defiance of the law & conscience.
