I just looked a post 311 where you claimed to add more evidence, and there was no evidence there.
The truth is the courts ruled he was not a gang member, had no criminal record, and had due cause to apply for asylum, and was permitted to begin the citizenship process.

He was also married to a US citizen and had children in the US, so can not legally be deported.
