The judge ruled otherwise. Their ruling said he fled El Salvador because he was being extorted into joining the gang. That's why he was protected from being deported to El Salvador.

MS13 has been designated a foreign terrorist group... but I was referring to green card holders who conduct riots and shut down universities in protest and threaten other students and faculty... they must be deported even by undercover ICE agents... so many have forgotten how they felt on 9-11... its shameful...
A wrongly incarcerated prisoner, as admitted by the administration. If we’re paying El Salvador, we should be able to reclaim our detainees at any time.

Funny how democrats like Joe Biden couldn't even secure our border (his principle function) without an act from Congress.
Yet they expect Donald to go to a foreign country and steal one of their own citizens out of a maximum security prison, a country doing us favors, to steal him back here where he committed crimes so that a criminal can be set free.
Democrats defending criminals, the same party condemning our president for being set up for committing a white collar paperwork crime based on an unproven assumption from the judge.
