I dont know. They havent presented any evidence. Certainly no trial so they can be defended. I dont like drug dealers but I am appalled at the lawlessness of this.

Speed boats with 4 outboard motors and stacks of "drugs" as cargo, with no fishing gear, is "probable cause" or whatever term they use. "obvious drug running". Nothing "alleged" about it. I believe they pick up some of the floating drug packages as well as survivors.
