Ordering the military to invade a country without Congressional approval would be unconstitutional numb nuts. Much like ordering it to kill a us citizen. The President isn't granted unfettered command of the military he's given supreme command of it to conduct operations approved by Congress. For **** sake you don't have to guess at this shit it's all written down in a document it might take 20-30 minutes to read if you really take your time.
If the President is impeached, and found guilty he by definition would have acted outside his core constitutional powers and thus not immune....
? So being executed without trial isnt having your Constitutional rights voided? I cant think of a way they could be more voided.
Invading another country without congressional approval isn't unconstitutional and if it were, it's a LOT different than killing a United States citizen.
