Del Taco Beats Chick Fil A for Top Spot?

I call BS on their unidentified polling method.

Why?

They rank KFC at #2 and CFA at #3.

A local corner has a Popeyes, KFC and a CFA.

Only one is constantly packed with cars. Typically the other two just have employee cars in their lots.

Hardee's/Carl's jr is way more surprising at #5....They're ******* awful.

I have never even seen a Del Taco so I do not know how a place that is not nationwide can be rated #1.

I look it up and they are in 18 states. Not even half the states.

I can believe that Chic Fil A with their ever rising costs isn't #1 any longer but a restaurant with such limited coverage? No way.
KFC is not even a pimple on the Chic’s ass

So the poll is meaningless

Actually they have pretty good quality stuff.
Everything is personal choice.
But I simply need to look at the parking lots to see who’s doing well.

And while I no longer live near a Del Taco, I never saw busy parking lots. And KFC and Hardee’s I wonder how they keep the doors open.

Wish I lived near a Del Taco. :(

Hardee's breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. Terrible for the health but pretty good.

Surprised they would rank Del Taco as the best, when they don't even have that many restaurants in the first place. Texas alone has nearly as many Chick-Fil-A's locations, as Del Taco has in the entire U.S.

I’ve learned that if you eat Taco Bell, you better be within three minutes of a bathroom, if you get my drift. (The last time I ate that crap was SO bad that I haven’t eaten there in two years.)

I can go through 20 of those little packages of the fire sauce, the hot stuff. I usually fill my pockets with packages of it before I leave. They sell it in the stores but it tastes like a slightly different recipe.

I once remarked to the Taco Bell district manager when he was in the store, how I put that fire sauce on everything, so he gave me a 5-pound sack of the little packages.

Wow! I once dipped the tines of my fork into a sauce in a Mexican restaurant (as in real Mexico), gingerly touched my tongue to it, and almost ended up in a hospital.

I used to eat at Mexican restaurants alot when I lived in Texas. There's no sauce made that I can't handle.

That's probably 'cause one of my goober redneck cousins gave me a hot pepper to eat when I was a kid. I ate it not knowing what it was, and it burned the crap out of me.

Chik FIL A just gets kind of old. It's kind of unique. But then the appeal wears off a bit. It carries enough sodium to kill a horse.

I've never heard of Del Taco until now.

God bless you always!!!

Oh, Del Taco is a lot better than Taco Bell. Real meat, more of it, lots of fresh veggies. Aw man!

There's none here that I know of. I'd have to make my own.

Marinade your chicken.

olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt
