It's ubiquitous now. Despite the occasional gains in a few red states (including Youngkin here in VA), DEI has infiltrated colleges, local, state and federal government, and most large corporations. Many employees at these institutions have to take DEI training as a condition of employment.

Biden renominated controversial pro-DEI, pro-pronoun judge, Mustafa Taher Kasubhai, to US District for Oregon.

The judge's appointment was previously held up by Republicans because of Kasubhai's writings, which some interpreted to be Marxist.

The judge actually wrote that
"We have to set aside conventional ideas of proof when we are dealing with the personal and interpersonal work of equity, diversity, and inclusion."

He also had derogatory things to say about white heterosexual males and the Founding Fathers.
