I think you need to take a deep breath and carry on. By your own account you have no obligation to EM. You have more than paid off his initial gift.
I think he is just trying it on. 200 mil is a lot but he doesnt own you You are your own man. A proud beautifal flawed individual with a lot on his plate.
My advice to you is to sit tight and let him make the first move. Keep your dignity at all times and maybe he will come up with another cheque.
Failing that just deport him to El Salvador or Gaza. You need to reflect and decide what size of cheque you need to assague your pain.
Then you can move forward.
