Debunking the claim that “Palestinians” are the indigenous people of Israel

What difference does it make who is or is not "indiginous", who was there first, who immigrated when. Screw all that. It doesn't lead to solutions. All it does is add fuel to the fires of those seeking to remove one side or the other from their land.
It makes a difference because the so-called "Palestinians" claim they are therightful rulers of the territory they call"Palestine." So long as they can convince people of that, dumbass westerners will assist them in their effort to wipe Israel off the map.

The native Christians and Muslims of Palestine certainly should have received, from 1920 on, the tutelage to become self-ruling in the territory. The transfer of Europeans to the territory has made that impossible.
Old news. History is history. Modern Israelis aren't responsible for what the Europeans did in the 1920s.

Should this be intepreted to mean that the mistake of the Palestinians is using the same argument as the Zionists?

"Zionist" is a term antisemites use so they can pretend they aren't really antisemites.

A mistake of understanding on your part: that 'Zionist' occurred in the above quote shows that yours is not the commonly known, nor accepted, meaning, since the author is not anti-human of any variety, with the possible exception of the inhuman.

Who are the Zionists that you write anout, I am a Zionist but I am not a Jew. Even mo'mad was a Zionist in the beginning, until his mental disease took control

And that is why the UK has changed the laws on anti semitism to take in anti Zionism as a form of anti semitism

No it was used as anti semitism and so is racism

What was the European movement called that promoted a specific enclave in the Middle East for those of Jewish descent?

Its called the same thing that the Palestinians call their national movement for self-determination. You know, a national movement for self-determination by (insert name of people here).

Its okay to say the national aspirations of the Jewish people. No need for a special word when it comes to Jews.

From a 'Jewish' website:
"The term “Zionism” was coined in 1890 by Nathan Birnbaum.

Its general definition means the national movement for the return of the Jewish people to their homeland and the resumption of Jewish sovereignty in the Land of Israel."

And from another 'Jewish' website:
What is Zionism?

Zionism is a movement founded by Theodor Herzl in 1896 whose goal is the return of Jews to Eretz Yisrael, or Zion, the Jewish synonym for Jerusalem and the Land of Israel.

The name of "Zionism" comes from the hill Zion, the hill on which the Temple of Jerusalem was situated.

Supporters of this movement are called "Zionists".

Zionist and Zionism are not pejorative terms nor 'anti-Semitic' in themselves.

Zionist and Zionism are not pejorative terms ...

They are very often used that way, specifically in order to delegitimize the Jewish people. Try using the term "Jewish people" instead and see how it works.

For example:

Should this be intepreted to mean that the mistake of the Palestinians is using the same argument as the Jewish people?

'Jewish people' and 'Zionism' are not synonymous terms outside the consciousness of a minority.

'Jewish people' and 'Zionism' are not synonymous terms ....

Why do we need more than one word to explain a very simple concept? We don't need a special term for the Palestinian people's desire for national self-determination, we just call them Palestinians and say they have a desire for national self-determination and self-governance. Why can't we do the same with the Jewish people? Why can't we just call them Jews and say they have a desire to national self-determination? Why do we need a special term?

The KKK is a Christian organization. When we talk about the KKK should we just say the Christians?

What is the impetus to accept one narrow view of politically correct speech?

See what I mean about how the term Zionist is used? It is used to compare the Jewish desire for self-determination to the KKK as though those things are equivalent.

The word Zionism is intended to differentiate between "good Jews" who don't want national self-determination and "bad Jews" (or not real Jews) who do.

Why don't we simply say Jewish national self-determination? Why isn't that the proper term? As it is with Palestinians.

I use the term Zionist because that is what they called themselves. You know...like...The World Zionist Organization. Their reputation is of their own making.

Certain Zionists admittedly lend the term a disagreeable nuance.

Thank you. You have just disproved your own claim that the term is not pejorative and threw in some victim blaming as a bonus prize.
