DC crime since the announcement of federal control versus the 7 days prior:

The Youth Rehabilitation Act provides sentencing alternatives for young adult offenders under 22 years of age who are sentenced for any crime other than murder, including murder associated with acts of terrorism. The YRA also provides an opportunity for youth to have the conviction “set aside” (sealed from public view) if the youth satisfies the conditions of the sentence.
When discussing the Youth Rehabilitation Act, Pirro alluded to the case of Javarry Peaks. The 19-year-old former college football player who shot a man in the chest on a crowded Metrobus in March walked free from court in July after a judge suspended his entire prison sentence under the YRA.

Under the Incarceration Reduction Act, the court can reduce a term of imprisonment imposed upon a defendant for an offense committed before the defendant's 25th birthday if they serve at least 15 years in prison.

Here's a breakdown of the situation:
  • The head of the police union alleged that some supervisors pressured officers to reclassify violent crimes as lesser offenses and remove some crimes from the database.
  • A D.C. police commander was placed on paid leave in May 2025 due to accusations of manipulating crime data in his district, which he denies.
  • A former MPD employee's lawsuit alleging manipulation of crime statistics, including downgrading felonies, was recently settled.
  • These allegations have raised doubts about the accuracy of D.C.'s crime data, especially during discussions about public safety and crime rates. The D.C. City Council plans to investigate the reporting of crime statistics.
  • MPD Chief Pamela Smith stated the department is committed to transparency and will investigate the concerns, holding those responsible accountable.
Democrats are covering up their failure to control crime especialy high crime rates by blacks because it leads to a discussion fi the real causes of crime. The welfare state that destroyed the family no father in the home and defund police no bail and refusal to prosecute
South Dakota--home of dog killer Kristie Noel--has alternative sentencing too.

Was that vile ***** covering up crime too?

Really **** face...you don’t think anything through.

What would be your recommendation for specifically going after people with deadly weapons? "Stop and frisk"? If we can all agree on doing that, then lets go nation wide with it. What do you say?
I was making fun of how they differenttiate “violent crime” from assault with a deadly weapon...

Yeah, you were not concerned with that on 1/6 now were you?

Except none of that was remotely happening. Otherwise, it would have taken place during the blob's first time as President. The difference is now that we need to have a diversion and change of topic away from Trump being a pedophile. Cause and effect...it means something.
Waaa Waaa Waaa 1/6 1/6 1/6.

You want to take a protest over a rigged election that lasted a few hours and compare that to a permanent lifestyle of crime. Nope. Democrats support crime and criminals. The more violent the better.

Then they lie about it. But then, they lie about everything.

You only support yer orange dictator wannabe.

Show me a dem run city that is safe, especially one that is not lily white in new england, and I will celebrate it and support it.

Do that or admit that you cannot.

Nothing was rigged fuckstain.

As long as whites are being killed and victimized, democrats don't care how many black lives pay the price.

Stop and frisk is legal and did work. So many blacks were arrested they shut it down helping blacks to shoot other blacks

I have been to many cities and lived to tell the tale...When were you killed?
Violence happens in big cities and little ones; there is no way to escape that fact.

And to dodge a reasonable question, MOONGLOW plays dumb.

Crime is already dropping in DC. Give it a couple of months for Trump's administation to fix the bad management of the DC police force and it will drop more.

THe people of DC, will tell you how much better living in their city is.

Will you listen, or ignore them because it is more important to you to bash ORANGE MAN than to save the lives of black people?

Show me a red state or city where it is totally crime-free. You can't, there are none.

Its the democrats cities in any state where all the crime is. Most states are GOP so thats not the measure. Its the city not the state
PLease list the "Republican" cities and their crime rates vs. the state average in that state. Else you are merely stating an opinion.

That would be impossible for crime to only happen in Blue cities, the states make the laws for the cities and non-city areas, duh. Miami, Florida is a red city yet has lotz of violence and crime.

Americans are on the move, and increasingly they're choosing red states to build their lives. That was one of the key findings of U.S. Census Bureau data released in December, which showed rapid population growth in some of the most prominent Republican states in the union, while several of their Democratic counterparts have seen their populations fall.

The main reasons given for the movement, people told Newsweek, were politics, the cost of living, taxation—and crime.

Sam Karnick, a senior fellow at The Heartland Institute, a conservative leaning think tank, cited law and order as the key factor behind blue-to-red state moves.

Discussing the demographic changes with Newsweek, he said: "Populations in Democrat-controlled states are falling because of an exodus from big cities. The reverse is happening in Republican-controlled states.

"Although taxes are an important factor, there was not nearly as much blue-to-red state movement before 2020. The deciding element appears to be the rapid rise of violent crime in Democrat-controlled cities across the nation.

"The 2021 National Crime Victimization Survey shows that the rate of violent crime has been rising in urban areas, though not in suburbs or rural areas. This tracks with the population movement from Democrat-controlled states to Republican ones. The two are coincident, and there are clear indications of a causal relationship."

In the year to July 2022, Florida was the fastest growing U.S. state, for the first time since 1957, seeing a population increase of 1.9 percent. The population of Texas rose by 1.6 percent over this period, while the traditionally Republican states of South Carolina, Arizona and Idaho recorded increases of 1.7 percent, 1.3 percent and 1.8 percent respectively.

Correspondingly many of America's most iconic Democratic states actually saw their population decline, despite a national rise of 0.4 percent over the period. California shrunk by 0.3 percent, New York by 0.9 percent, Illinois by 0.8 percent and Oregon by 0.4 percent. Within California the difference was even more pronounced, with the ultra-progressive San Francisco and Lassen counties seeing their populations fall by 7.1 percent and 7.5 percent respectively between April 2020 and July 2022.

Its very easy to spot a concealed gun.
So you claim that red cities have no crime, zero offenses, jails sit empty? God damned you think yer Trump lying like that.

Economic opportunity pops up all over the nation, people moving in the US is nothing new, yet you forget that they move from red states also. The South is popular because it was not industrialized like the North and is being utilized for
exploitation now.
