6 months ago if you posted on social media that you will still get Covid even if you are vaccinated... your post would be removed. Doing it again would likely get you temporarily suspended.
Today - it is no longer misinformation.
Think about that.
6 months ago if you posted up information about how cloth masks don't work - oh yeah - BAN times. Posts removed.
Today - you can say that. Because, you know... even CNN says it now... so, it's cool.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... if you talked about the possibility Covid 19 came from a lab - quickly removed - suspended, and many folks had their membership permanently banned for saying it.
Today you can say that.

Today the term misinformation is what elitist say it is. As Bill Maher said two days ago - "how many times do you get to be wrong, and still get to be the people who represent THE science?? These are the people who determine what "misinformation means. The same people who have been all over the map, and WHO ARE NOW SAYING THE EXACT SAME words they said a month ago was "dangerous misinformation".

We must get a hold of this control. YOU are being controlled. The main platforms of information we, as a people use, is being controlled by people who set the standards based on political opinion and political value.

The issue is that people like Maher and there are many of them caused a lot of problems. Trust but verify motives.

Noted...and fine, but this thread isn't what Maher said in the video. I did quote something he said, and to avoid the thread getting closed, I posted the link to that part of it.

Newsweek did a story about Covid from lab, as did Fox, as did NYT - all a few months ago wouldn't have dared to. Why?
Nothing changed. No new information. 30 days ago you would be banned from most Social media for saying it - now - it's cool.
Point being... we must stop the control.
The Canadian truckers is awesome. It is about control. All the leftist have to do is drop a couple silly mandates that are 100% unproven to stop the spread - according to REAL science. But they haven't - why? Because they don't want to lose their power.
6 VERY blue state are ending the mask mandates this week... why? Nothing changed. No new science. Covid spread is actually higher... why? Because they want to get ahead of the "turning of the worm" that is occurring. The public is about to truly come to terms with the fact that nearlly everything we have been told is either a straight up lie - or said only to control behavior.

The Dems know this. And they are acting now to try and get out of the way of changing public sentiment.

This week, so far, 6 REEEAAAAALLLY blue states are lifting mask mandates. Ran by the same people that a month prior was right there saying it is absolutely necessary. And make no mistake about it people, and something to constantly be aware of - NOTHING HAS CHANGED. The science on masks DID NOT CHANGE.
But now, we clearly see the public is more than just a little fed up. They can see how their lives have been very negatively affected by these control freaks. Including Democrats.
So we must remember that these Governors are doing this to save their own ass.
