Cuts to Medicare, and Food Stamps, big mistake. Current Budget will cause many poor people to suffer.?

donny's abomination bill could kick seniors out of nursing homes.

got room for gramma? who's gonna quit their job to take care of her? & when yer employer based healthcare ceases... then you could go on medicai ....

ooopsie.
Who do you think you’re talking to? An ignorant Democrat? The people hurt but cuts in Medicaid are the illegal lowlifes, and the lazy adults in their 30s who refuse to get a job.

i am no antisemite, lisa, dear. in fact that animal who lit those jewish people on fire should get the death penalty. too bad he wasn't deported after his visa expired during trump's first term, 'eh?
OMG. The lies just won’t stop with you.

This particular family of Muslim antisemites were admitted in 2022, and the visas expired in 2023. Biden let the lowlifes in, and he didn’t kick their Jew-hating asses out. Trump was long out of office.

And as we see, the people running the country aren’t going to deport ANY of these lowlifes, and especially Muslim ones.

Twelve American Jews will never be the same because leftists side with Muslims, even illegal ones.

5 Key Facts About Immigrants and Medicaid

Samantha Artiga, Drishti Pillai, Jennifer Tolbert, and Akash Pillai
Published: Feb 19, 2025

1. Undocumented immigrants are not eligible for Medicaid or CHIP, and only some lawfully present immigrants qualify subject to eligibility restrictions.

Undocumented immigrants are not eligible to enroll in federally funded coverage including Medicaid, CHIP, or Medicare or to purchase coverage through the ACA Marketplaces. Emergency Medicaid spending reimburses hospitals for emergency care they are obligated to provide to individuals who meet other Medicaid eligibility requirements (such as income) but who do not have an eligible immigration status, including undocumented immigrants and lawfully present immigrants who remain ineligible for Medicaid or CHIP.

Lawfully present immigrants may qualify for Medicaid or CHIP but are subject to eligibility restrictions. In general, in addition to meeting other eligibility requirements, lawfully present immigrants must have a “qualified” immigration status to be eligible for Medicaid or CHIP (Table 1), and many, including most lawful permanent residents or “green card” holders, must wait five years after obtaining qualified status before they may enroll.

Huh? The visas expired in 2023.

Because some dumb Democrat in the Biden White House gave a Muslim foreigner an extended work permit even though his visa had expired, you’re going to defend an Islamic terrorist who tried to murder a dozen Jews.

The U.S. Constitution ensures "due process" for all individuals, regardless of their legal status, protecting them from arbitrary government action and ensuring fair legal proceedings. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This right applies to both citizens and non-citizens.

Do undocumented immigrants have the right to due process?

AI Overview

Yes, undocumented immigrants in the United States are entitled to due process rights, as defined by the U.S. Constitution. This means they have the right to fair and impartial treatment under the law, including the right to defend themselves in court.

Elaboration:
  • Constitutional Protection:
The U.S. Constitution guarantees due process to all "persons," not just citizens. This includes undocumented immigrants.

  • Right to Defend Themselves:
Undocumented immigrants have the right to defend themselves in court, including the right to legal counsel and the right to present evidence in their defense.

  • Fair Hearing:
Due process requires a fair hearing before the government takes away a person's life, liberty, or property. This includes the right to be informed of the charges against them.

  • Limitations:
While due process rights generally apply, there may be some limitations, such as expedited removal proceedings for certain situations like being apprehended within a certain distance of the border.

  • Continued Protection:
Despite some limitations, undocumented immigrants generally have the right to due process, and this right is recognized in legal precedent and court decisions, according to the Al Jazeera and other legal resources from the American Immigration Council.

per our constitution.
The way I see it, when they crossed our borders illegally, they lost due process. If they think so little of our laws that they come illegally, how much more will they hold our other laws in disdain? They commit fraud, theft, murder, rape, mail theft as well as a myriad of other of other crimes and we still "love" them enough to give them due process. I think we need to give illegals the boot on their way out. We have no room nor the resources to feed those that Biden and Obama foolishly and deceitfully ushered into our country with the promise of cell phones, money and housing. Just putting them up cost: Through May 31, 2024, an estimated $1.98 billion had been spent on housing, which includes hotels and other shelters. This is part of the estimated $4.88 billion spent on the overall migrant crisis through that date. The city projects spending to reach $4.75 billion for the humanitarian crisis response in 2025. Meanwhile, FEMA aid was withheld from North Carolina residents because they were in a Republican stronghold and veterans still sleeping on the sidewalks and we have other people in need in various places throughout our country. We cannot count on the government to help us when they favor illegals, foreign despots (leaders) and terrorist nations more so than our own citizens.

that doesn't matter. per the constitution... particularly the 14th amendment.
