We know that poverty causes stunted IQ scores, but to what extent?

The East German IQ was behind from Communism, but not that far behind.

The IQ jumped 4 points in East Germany between 1992 to 1998.

However, the IQ of East Germany of 95 in 1992 isn't exactly very low.

Why was the IQ of Polish Americans higher than other White Americans?

Weren't Polish Americans mostly just assimilated to "White America" by the 1970's?

Shouldn't have the Polish American IQ have been lower? Considering the bulk of Polish Americans fled oppressive conditions in Partitioned Poland just before WW1, where the Russians, and Germans didn't invest into Polish education, or even denied Polish rights to education to oppress them, as a result Polish Americans were highly illiterate on arrival to the USA, but things changed a lot as even this IQ chart proves a jump in the Polish American IQ.

Asian Indian Americans apparently now are the highest IQ scoring group in the USA, with a 112 IQ, even beating Jewish Americans with a 110 IQ.

But, India has an IQ in the low 80's according to Lynn.

But, how can this be?

Are those in India culturally superior, or not?

The answer is that those we've gotten in the USA from India are largely the crème of the crop of India.
Does this not support that class can be quite inherent?

To say that Indian Americans experience a lack of discrimination, would be ridiculous, with several cases of Asian Indian Americans being shot, and killed in the USA for being confused for Muslims.

I think Asian Indians are in a particularly bad place for discrimination, not only do they experience anti-Hindu prejudices, but also can be confused for Muslims, African Americans, or Hispanics.

Polish Reggae like Mesajah.

Black Metal like Mgla, Furia, and Graveland.

And while understanding the cultural background a student is coming from (in their shoes, as it were) can have a positive effect on both teaching and learning, culture ought not be used as an excuse for inappropriate behavior or personal shortcomings.
