How long has that ROE been in effect? Was it always that way? I kinda doubt that. So, who put that in there, does anyone know? I haven't read whether Biden changed it or it came about in an earlier president's administration.

I think they had him in sight, were ready to shoot, but had to wait for the shoot order.

I set my business up in my home to start but eventually we moved to a fabricated metal building much like the one used to shoot Trump from... you can hear a large crow when they land and hop around on the metal roof... how did the men inside not hear that guy crawling across the roof?...

A 'blind spot' that just accidentally happened to be the best spot in the venue to shoot from. Yeah right.
