We are talking about the racism involved when hiring decisions priotize being black above being the most qualified, and thus excluding 87% of the people from being considered. When you consider the priority is a black female, then you are excluding 94% of the population.

Why is that acceptable? The odds are overwhelming that the most qualified for the position is among the 92% the racists won’t even consider.

If government discriminates against your race you have a valid complaint

Affirmative Action discriminates against white people by hiring and promoting minorities who are considered less qualified

That works better at the post office where everyone gets paid whether the mail gets delivered or not

We fought for 100 years to end apartheid after slavery. I'm sure there was an ahole like you quoting Booker T and telling blacks how they will never be allowed to sit in the same facilities as whites. But this is about economic equality, and like King said, the other fights cost whites nothing, but this one is different and evidence exists that shows the economic harm caused to generations of blacks after slavery to this very moment.
