It's certainly taking "sex sells" to an interesting level.

Funny in a Benny Hill sort of way, kind of like Mae West talking about prostitution "you sell something, you've still got it...you call that a business?"

one and one is two; two and two is four; but four and four is nine if you know how to woik it right.

Creepy.

4.99% financing when the Fed Funds rate is virtually 0% is usury!

Even worse. We bailed out those Foreign Banks!

And if one pays one's CC bills in full, one can avoid paying any interest at all.

banks are exempt from usury laws. that's why your credit card company can charge 30%

besides... it's a UK ad. :)

Thank you, Joe Biden!

joe isn't the only one. but he's probably the only dem.

it's what happens when you're the senator from delaware, home of lax bank regs....at least if you want to get re-elected.

s'okay... we subsidize foreign oil, too...

i pay off my credit card every month, too. credit card companies call us deadbeats. did you know that?

and whether you can avoid the interest or not doesn't really have anything to do with whether or not it would be usurous if those rates were charged by a private person.
