I didnt know I was supposed to chase that stick

What does McDonalds have to do with Cracker Barrel?
McDonalds has rebranded from the playgrounds of the 90s to the spartan stores with pay at the kiosks

Whatever happened to Ronald McDonald?

  • Woke up= Woman CEO.
  • It’s a logo change.
  • Right wingers are nuts.

  • Cracker Barrel is a victim of the shrinking middle class.
  • Customers are vacating mid tier restaurants
  • Cracker Barrel costs are rising and their customer count is falling.
  • Logo change wont fix that but neither will the same ole same ole.

Great to see all the business sense you right wingers have. If you like or liked Cracker Barrel you should support policies building a middle class.
All Cracker Barrel had to do was improve their menu.

That has nothing to do with Cracker Barrel going woke

How did they go "Woke"?

You guys haven't answered that one yet.

They modernized their logo.

That's it.

Sean Davis, co-founder and CEO of The Federalist, called the new logo an “abomination,” further joking, “The new logo is so dead and lifeless Democrats are thinking of running it for president in 2028.” Davis also postedscreenshots detailing some of Cracker Barrel’s woke, progressive programs and initiatives. Examples include an “LGBTQ+ Alliance” intended to encourage “employees to bring their whole selves to work while strengthening Cracker Barrel’s relationship to the LGBTQ+ community.” Another program entitled “Be Bold” is designed “to cultivate and develop Black Leaders within the Cracker Barrel organization utilizing allyship, mentorship, and education to create a path to continued excellence as well as a vibrant and diverse community.”

An additional program called “HOLA” has a “mission … to promote Hispanic and Latino culture through hiring, developing, and retaining talent within Cracker Barrel. To create a culture of inclusivity and awareness through community outreach.” A fourth program, called the “Neuroverse Collective” “is focused on advocacy and education on Neurodiversity.” Davis commented, “Cracker Barrel’s CEO and leadership clearly hate the company’s customers and see their mission as re-educating them with the principles of gay race communism.”

Cracker barrel loses $100 Million after rebranding new logo.

When will companies realize drastic changes cause lost customers. I understand there may be a need to update, but drastic changes turn away customers/investors.

Companies need to make slow incremental changes to not turn away their core customers trying to chase new ones.

They should try not sucking. THAT may help, but I doubt it.

Most folks that invest in such places do so because they (for good or bad) like to frequent those places. Change them up and they will sell and move on to something else they like such as Walmart or the like.

They went from a semi-unique experience with authentic old stuff all over (each location was a bit different in that regard), to a cliché TJ Maxx interior design.

The one I used to go to I had donated an old Iceman sign that folks would hang in their window so the Iceman knew how much ice to deliver....It was still there years later.

Bizz Skule Gradchewits Are as Goofy as Liberal-Arts Majors

It's the same generation of management that came up with the "New Coke."

If you've ever been in one and look at the decor today...you'll understand why everyone is so pissed.

Cracker Barrel was a step back in time. Now it looks like any other fastfood restaurant. Comparable to McDonald's.
The Great Greedy Ingrates

"Back in time" when customers were respected, instead of being treated like cash cows or furniture for an interior-design experiment.

New Coke was introduced in 1985 so I doubt if the current generation of faggots/lesbians had much to do with it.

Given the company was sort of in flux at the time it was a Silent Generation guy that approved it.

This dude.

During his tenure, the Coca-Cola brand became the best-known trademark in the world. In 1982, he introduced Diet Coke, followed by Cherry Coke and the controversial New Coke

Did you have a conniption when Subway restaurants removed the old Subway line wall paper?
