This guy wanted the personal records of some deputies who arrested him.
Why would he want that?
I agree with the state Supreme Court.
The legislation clearly says a separate news entity. If that man wants to be separate from his YouTube channel then he should incorporate.
But what sort of news story needs the personal information of deputies who arrested the writer of the story?
Personal information isn't and shouldn't be part of a news story.
