Thus far the racists and xenophobes have failed to show compelling evidence - either legal or moral - for refusing to allow our alien friends and tourists to defend their lives while in this country.

I am a constitutionalist... mostly hated and despised by the left, but on this issue, even a broken clock has the potential to be right twice a day. You do lack a good argument, so, let me make it for you:
The Declaration of Independence states in part:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are
endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Our country was built upon the premise that Rights are bestowed upon ALL men; that such Rights are
unalienable (that word has a meaning); everybody has a Right to Life.

Government is not in the Rights granting business. You are born with Rights. Every foreigner enters this world with the same, identical Rights as each of you. Since most National Socialists will gloss over this and never define
unalienable Rights, they will not understand my posts.
The National Socialists are obsessed with some non-existent idea that because the globalists created this category of
"illegal aliens," such people do not have Rights. The problem is, foreigners DO have Rights and to allow the courts to say some people are more equal than others is a slap in the face of the guarantee of the "
equal protection of the laws."
Perhaps if the xenophobes would take the time to READ the immigration laws of this country, they might understand that they are half a century old and do not anticipate the reasons that a lot of people are here. For instance, there is no credible avenue for Guest Workers to come here, work and return home. For a lot of Guest Workers, if they wanted to become citizens, they would have applied for citizenship.
But, there is this segment of society that thinks because THEY didn't invite the foreigner, they ought not be here. You'd sure as hell hate to have the xenophobes as room-mates, deciding who you could and could not befriend. AND if a xenophobe treated his family and neighbors the way they treat the foreigner, ladies would have to marry the first guy that came through their front door, even if only to ask the lady out.
The only thing consistent about the anti - immigrant lobby is their hatred of the Constitution and their commitment to National Socialist principles.
