Remember when Hillary demanded a recount.
When they started a recount in MI, they started seeing more ballots than there were voters.
Then they stopped doing the recount.
Yea, Democrats are liars and cheaters, and their voter fraud violates everyone's Right to Vote.
Notice that the Press didn't make it a big issue, they buried it.
The Left is full of shxt.

It seems to me that the Sec'y of State in Michigan or any other state would already have in place a process to scrub the voter registration database for people who are deceased. It looks to me like (according the AP) they get a monthly update of people from SSA who have died in the last 30 days and the SoS scrubs the voter registration to remove those people. Which is good, but what about people who are not on the SSA database to begin with, or for whatever reason are dead but still on the voter registration database? Is there a process that checks a new voter registering to vote to make sure they ain't dead? Is there any verification that the new voter is alive and eligible to vote? Does the monthly SSA update for July also report people that died some months or years earlier?

It’s why they don’t talk about that

Why would anyone demand 26,000 dead people stay on the voter rolls unless they want to cheat.

GOOD QUESTION

Democrat response: "So as to not disenfranchise any dead people?"

I mean, have you seen the average democrat today?

  • Michigan's list of registered voters is maintained in accordance with federal law
Each week, the Michigan Department of State uses information from the Social Security Death Index to cancel the records of individuals in the Qualified Voter File who have died. County clerks also share death data from county records with local clerks. Additionally, city and township clerks also cancel voter registrations when they independently confirm the death of a voter registered in their jurisdiction, for example through an obituary.

Immediately after taking office, Secretary Benson made Michigan a member of the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a consortium of dozens of states that share voter information to ensure registrations are cancelled when voters relocate within states.

Republicans have used "dead voter purges" to disenfranchise voters in the past.

They send out letters that if not responded to for whatever reason automatically excise those voters from the register.

The SOS is likely trying to prevent that
