Biden was a crippled old man who feared everyone. Trump is robust and gender ass lickers fainting couch libs fear him

Biden was an 82 year old bitter fart who acted like he was 92.
Trump is a happy, 78 year old guy who acts like he is still 58.
Must be from having the loving of a good woman.

It's difficult to talk to someone as incomprehensibly stupid as the moron you are replying to.

The important thing to always remember with the Left is that 90% of the effort they expend is all on maintaining the bubble they live in, keeping reality out, closing their eyes and covering their ears, refusing to debate, running from hearing other viewpoints, then lying to themselves that all is well and working out for them just as they had planned.

Another court overstepping its authority, but the stock markets love it.

Yawn.

You are confusing authoritarian fascism with totalitarian government. Trump is a 100% fascist. He does not have a Totalitarian government, it is authoritarian. Learn the difference.

Explain the difference of the impacts on the regular citizen under each.

Then list what the current administration has done that is 'fascist' and what makes it so.

The "Fascism" of the 1930's is a similar breed of fascism that Trump is implementing but using a totally different distribution method. This modern Fascist Movement is far more than just a nationalism "my country is cool" movement and greatly differs from the 1930's version.

Modern Fascism is a revolutionary idea that demands the total transformation of our political system. Fascism is about constructing a selective myth of the nation that the fascist administration is trying to violently renew/rebirth/rebuild. It is a myth that is based on exclusion and inclusion. Its about marginalizing, deporting, disappearing, arresting, and out-casting certain social groups that are considered undesirable.

“The longing for total renewal continues to shape postwar fascism, but, now its populist base has collapsed, many forms of it have been forced to pursue a hidden agenda, deliberately concealing the illiberal, totalising or violent implications of achieving their ultimate goal. This is done in order for fascist extremism to be accommodated in an age in which revolutionary nationalism is still overwhelmingly discredited by association with the horrors of the second world war." - Roger Griffin (2018) Fascism historian.

The means of implementing fascism in the 1930's was slightly different from Trump's Fascist movement. Similarities still abound, the 1930's fascism rewarded the ingroups handsomely stealing Jewish businesses for instance (today's version is the billionaires syphoning off money from the people). Also similarly still, fascism in the 1930's and now can be characterized by mass deportations, mass incarcerations without trials, family separation of children, expulsion from the military, pardoning of crimes from in-groups.

The difference is that totalitarian governments don't work in modern times but authoritarian does.
For instance authoritarian governments don't ban protests (shit, you can protest in China and they do which influences the government) but you kill Palestinian protesting by disappearing enough protesters to make it not worth the risk to protest. You don't ban what people can say, but you limit their ability to get government grants and accept foreign students if they don't bend to your will (DEI?). Exclusion of voice occurs with gerrymandering and voter roll purges and intimidation and misinformation.

Fascism is alive and spreading in the U.S. just like it did in the 1930's Germany
with a different breed based on authoritarian not totalitarian. Righties think that is some distinction that separates the eras. It doesnt.

Yes, and it is being spread through our universities like Harvard, where students are taught to hate Jews, and a student who assaulted Jews was invited to speak at their commencement ceremony.

Harvard, the college where a former Harvard graduate and law professor there, in the 11 years since he retired from teaching, has never once been asked back to speak because his views do not comport with the school's.

Harvard, where everyone there is taught one uniform way of thinking, and if you don't agree with their ideology, you will not be invited to speak there and will not be allowed to give your views.

That is fascism.

DERP!!!

Welp! All of the loudmouthed shitstains out there won't be tooting their horns now how Trump loses all of his court battles!

That didn't answer my questions, that was a copy/paste (most likely from AI), you don't know a damn thing.

They just got blocked by a higher 11 person appeals court

Wait, are you saying that another court just blocked the other federal court which blocked the first court from banning Trump's tariffs?

This is madness.

Even out of power, democrats just don't give a shit about this country or its constitution.

The prohibition of Trumps tariffs has been blocked I think by a Manhattan higher appeals court. The grafters in the Trade court were showboating for their 15 minutes of fame. At the expense of the USA

They have 9 members but it was a 3-0 ruling.

How does that work?

Who picked the three?

What some of you fail to realize is that an emergency stay will likely be granted by the appeals court, meaning the tariffs will continue until the USSC rules on it proper.
See?

Now what do you have to say for yourselves now, huh?

It's called a "Panel". I don't know how they're picked. Probably a "Your turn in the Barrel" kinda thing.

An "En Banc" Hearing is whe the entire Court takes part.

The Judiciary in this Country is out of control.

They can make stupid rulings, no responsibility. They can sentence innocent people to Death -- No accountability. They can imprison the innocent, no remorse, no responsibility. They can excluse exculpatory evidence -- No punishment.

They went out of their way to make sure they have ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY from any consequences of their actions, At all. Even criminal activities.

Next time you have to go to Court, look around and recognize that the crookedest piece of shit in the Court Room is the Judge.

BTW, this isn't personal for me. I haven't been in Court in the last 40 years and that was for a minor Traffic Offense; which I won.

The Court System hasn't always sucked. Historically, it's been pretty darn good but since dimocrap scum have taken it over, it blows big green donkey dicks. dimocrap scum ruin everything. They have the "SHIT" touch, not unlike the Midas Touch but different. It's a shit touch
