The 2-1 decision by a panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati overrules a decision by a federal judge in a separate court that had paused the mandate nationwide.

This isn't an employer mandate. It's a govt forced mandate. That has never happened in the US.

Its within the rights of the employer to require a vaccine and that has been affirmed by the SC. The federal govt can't force a company to do this. However, this current vaccine mandate requires vaccination for any company over 100 employees BUT allows the employee to be tested if he chooses not to take the injection. If the SC allows this, the fed govt will do the quick shuck and jive and eliminate testing.

If it eliminates testing (testing can also be demanded), then it looks like the horse's rear end to any with an IQ above 80, then truckers should strike.
