I always thought Obamala Harris’s vice presidency should have been challenged because he also said he would choose a black woman as a running mate….I’m not sure if there is such a mechanism to allow for such a challenge but you have to admit, it certainly seems plausible with Trump.

Nope, nominating a supreme court justice is an official act, and he can nominate anyone he choses. If the senate thought something was funky, it would have been on them to withhold confirmation.
