According to Lisa558, there are only two kinds of Jews:Mostly to "dress Jewish" and attempt to "sound Jewish" in how you speak.
For example, Rav Shaul - the Apostle Paul went very much against the type of teachings that his mentor Gamaliel would have given him, [but even in his extreme anger Rav Shaul - Paul, had been sincere]!
Note... it is unlikely that Rav Shaul - Paul could have compelled Messianic Jews to blaspheme by merely tickling their toes with feathers?
In Acts 5 we see the vastly wiser approach that was taken by Gamaliel toward the Messianic Jewish followers of Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus.
1) Folks who were born to a Jewish mother regardless of their religious affiliation.
2) Folks who converted to Judaism regardless of the heritage of their parents.
If a person had a Jewish father but not a Jewish mother, then that person is NOT a Jew.
And I'm guessing that a person who was born of a Jewish mother but doesn't practice Judaism is NOT a Jew.
I'm not sure if a person who had a Jewish father who also converted to Judaism is a Jew or not. That possibility was not discussed.
Now it's a fact that a huge amount of modern "Jews" share their DNA with the Khazars of eastern Europe. The Khazars converted to Judaism during the 7th & 8th Centuries, A.D. This is a well documented fact. However, they have no relationship with biblical Israelites so cannot claim to be "God's chosen race."
Perhaps those are the Jews you are speaking of. Many of them don't actually practice Judaism. They just enjoy the benefits of being perpetual victims. That seems a bit satanic to me but that's just my opinion.
