As Jesus was human. However, Jesus also healed the sick so that means that He could just heal Himself. Yet, He also wanted to endure everything that we endure so it's difficult to say.

No I'm not as He had all of His scars when He was resurrected but that's different from being sick, I guess He still could have healed Himself if He wanted to though.
