The little guy landlords will go out of business ?
Actually that would be a good thing if they did go out of business.
And I'll tell you why that is.
Because for one thing, they provide an irregular product and you never know what you're getting.
The little guy and the "small business" is good at doing small things.
They simply are not better at the big things.
The big things like real estate, apartments, hotels, motels, car rentals and Manufacturing.
For one thing the little guy doesn't have the money for any of these things, and secondly they can't meet the demand, and the little guy is also more prone to making highly personalized things that can't sell.
And in renting property, their rents are uncompetitive, and their properties are irregular and their terms are oppressive.. the tenants walk on egg shells.
And hotels and motels of the little guy are crappy.
The little guy can fix things better than a corporation (only usually).... and they also (usually) make a better sandwich and pizza, depending generally on the ethnicity and culture of the maker.
The little guy is also a better barber, and hair stylist.
So corporations need to get out of the pizza and sandwich business, and most repair businesses... and the little guy needs to quit trying to bite off more than he can chew.
