RESPONSE: Our republic would in a few short years turn into a pure Plutocracy, without any similarity to a Democratic Republic. Oligarchs would dominate the legislature - many are already wealthy - the Supreme Court has already supported the wealthy and special interests at the expense of democracy (Citizens United, weakening the voters right act) and Trump will become the model for an imperial presidency.
You are confused Moon Bat. We don't need to spending $4.5 trillion a year for the fucking cost of the bloated Federal government. Expenditures of about $1.5 trillion a year would pay for defense and a few other necessary Federal functions.
The $4.5 trillion is more than the GDP of all but a few other countries on the face of the earth. Combined with the other State and local taxes almost 40% of the US GDP goes for the friggin cost of government and that is way too much.
We would be much more prosperous if we had far less government. We can spend the money we make a lot better than giving it away to some stupid bureaucrat, whose boss is a corrupt politician elected by special interest groups.
We certainly need to stop taking money from the people that earn it and giving it away to the shitheads that didn't earn it. No more welfare, entitlements, bailouts, grants or subsidies.

The cost of government in this country is way out of control. In most families the combined cost of government is the single greatest family expenditure in the year when you include everything.
What do we get for harming the economy with a big bloated government? We get shit like a Department of Education that before the department was established the US was number one in the world in education and now we are like 20th or something. The greedy Teacher's union make out like bandits but the students don't get jackshit.
We get 60 million Americans on some kind of welfare include the filthy ass Illegals that the Liberals allowed to flood in here to vote Democrat.
