New York has 30,811 cases, 285 deaths, 108 recoveries.
Minnesota has 287 cases, 1 death, 122 recoveries.

Minnesota was hit later than New York and already has more recoveries, despite the fact that they have 287 cases in comparison to 30,811. How is this possible?

I imagine Trumps task team might ask the same as well.

Because people who are recovered are not reporting it

Why would this happen more in New York than in Minnesota?

Great thread.

I posted an article where the author says we don't have any standards to utilize.

He mentioned even testing could be wildly different in terms of positive and negative until there is experience and standards put in place.

So, for every 5,135 cases in NY, 47 have died
1 of every 109 cases

Maybe officials are withholding numbers to secure larger chunks of federal emergency funding

Good question.
There’s a lot factors involved. Like age of people that are infected, how early was caught or stage of the virus, cases means only tested positive but they can recover.

Cases = sick/exposed people who have tested positive. The actual threat to the entire population is much less than 1%. Maybe .01%. Is this enough to shut down our entire economy?

Many here, including myself, foresaw an attack on the economy.....
with all their schemes failing, how else could they prevent Trump being re elected
None of us, I'd assume, at least I didn't, envisioned a pandemic to accomplish that
