Emails provided by Matthew Tyrmand come directly from Hunter associate’s Gmail account. They are still hosted on Google’s servers. Bevan Cooney flipped and gave his login info.

The New York Post is publishing separate emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop which revealed a massive pay-to-play scheme involving Joe Biden.

He has no power to do so.

For the Federal Government to do this, it would require a Constitutional Amendment.

The States could try it again and restrict ballot access to only those Senators who had completed less than two terms and those House Members that had completed less than 6 terms, for something similar.

Now, some term limited office holder would surely sue and cite U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Ray Thornton, et al., Justice John Paul Stevens authored the opinion, which declared that states could not impose an additional qualification on candidates for federal office.
