I did not know that Hunter "worked" for or "advised" the Chinese company who reportedly stole our stealth technology.

How deep is this rabbit hole?
No deeper than the hole in your head.

This is fiction.
With only a couple of weeks left they are pulling out all the stops. They aren't very imaginative though.

If Biden wins the election this scandal will follow him to the White House.
That's exactly what this is all about. Setting up the opposition via conspiracy theory. Think how much mileage Hannity will.get outta this.

America has learned from the "but her emails" nonsense that Trump and his Republicans manufactured and whipped up into a frenzy.

Keep 'em coming boys....only 2 weeks to go.

The Chinese are claiming to have 3 hard drives full of videos of Hunted raping and torturing underage Chinese girls.

One 30-second video would be enough.

The Xiden Crime Family has already proven they will give away our entire country for money, one can only imagine what they'd give away to keep those videos under wrap. Lesson learned: NEVER use a lowlife crackhead piece of shit for your bagman.

Pick a side.

Oh yes. Biden was getting $Millions from the Chinese Communist Party and they used this access to steal our military technology, that now our Soldiers, Sailors and Marines may have to face on the battlefield. This is why Bribery is listed in the Constitution right next to Treason.

And make no mistake, Hunter isn't the brains, he is the mule. Joe is the Biden Family Crime Boss and as Hunter complains in his emails to his daughter, "The Big Guy" takes half of Hunter's take and sometimes even demands another 10% off the top.

This the Chinese system of corruption, they don't give to the official directly, you give it to their family members and they funnel to the office holder. It's just that the family members aren't supposed to keep all the evidence on a laptop and then give it away to a total stranger.

According to US treasury documents provided by the Senate Finance and Homeland Security Committees, Hunter Biden was paid $3.5 million from the Mayor of Moscow’s wife.

Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow.

According to emails and documents, Yelena Baturina laundered funds into the US in avoidance of sanctions, Devon Archer claimed the firm received $200 million.

Emails provided by Matthew Tyrmand come directly from Hunter associate’s Gmail account. They are still hosted on Google’s servers. Bevan Cooney flipped and gave his login info.

They laundered over 200 million dollars? What was Obama's cut for allowing it to happen? There is no way in hell that this happened without the knowledge and consent of Obama...

Remember when Glenn Beck or Sean Hannity would draw their loopy conspiracy diagrams with the rectangles and arrows?

They look sane compared to the Trump cult now.

Biden is living proof, we need term limits.
I hope Trump can get that done his next term.
He has no power to do so.

For the Federal Government to do this, it would require a Constitutional Amendment.

The States could try it again and restrict ballot access to only those Senators who had completed less than two terms and those House Members that had completed less than 6 terms, for something similar.

Now, some term limited office holder would surely sue and cite U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Ray Thornton, et al., Justice John Paul Stevens authored the opinion, which declared that states could not impose an additional qualification on candidates for federal office. He was joined by David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Stephen Breyer. Justice Anthony Kennedy completed the majority, penning a concurring opinion that included the hilarious complaint that the restriction would interfere with the “relationship between the people of the nation and their national government” and “disparage the republican character of the national government.” (It is jarring to realize that Republican presidents appointed Stevens, Souter, and Kennedy.)

Clarence Thomas authored the dissent, joined by Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justices Antonin Scalia and Sandra Day O’Connor. They contended:
Nothing in the Constitution deprives the people of each state of the power to prescribe eligibility requirements for the candidates who seek to represent them in Congress. The Constitution is simply silent on this question. And where the Constitution is silent, it raises no bar to action by the states or the people.
Thomas is the only Justice from Court still on the bench from that Court, he might be able to pick up 4 more votes, should a State legislature give this another shot.

He has no power to do so.
Nobody said he had the power, but he can get it done through influence.
If anyone has the influence and initiative to get things done, its Trump and he has sufficiently proved that at every turn.

So, it now obvious that the former Vice-President and now Democratic nominee for the President of the United States has lied about his knowledge of his son’s sleazy business dealings with foreign powers and entities, has received payments/bribes from foreign actors, is corrupt and is compromised (i.e., subject to blackmail and foreign influence). As sad as that all may be, Joe Biden is also subject to prosecution for criminal misconduct, bribery, and corruption for violations of federal law including, but not limited to violations of:

  • The Hobbs Act (codified at 18 U.S.C. § 1951); (see DOJ’s Criminal Resource Manual; click here).
  • The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”); (see DOJ’s Criminal Resource Manual; click here).
  • The federal official bribery and gratuity statute; 18 U.S.C. § 201 (click here).
  • The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq (click here).
  • Federal mail and wire fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. §1341, et seq), including the honest services fraud provision (18 U.S.C. §1346) (click here).
  • Federal Administrative Personnel Ethics – use of public office for private gain (15 CFR § 2635.702) (click here).
  • Federal Administrative Personnel Ethics – use of government property (15 CFR § 2635.704) (click here).
