Yes, “short term” pain, unlike the Democrat’s “transitory” inflation.

I have asked this on previous threads. Please explain why tariffs will be passed along to the consumers and yet corporate tax hikes would not be? The short of it is that both are passed along, but one is “short term” but benefits the US in the long term. The other produces a “short term” boost in tax revenues but a long term loss as companies leave the country. It isn’t that difficult to understand, but for some reason it is a real strain on Democrats to figure out.
