So your answer is no. No evidence is necessary to convict a person. No due process, no court, no jury, no facing your accuser. Allegations are all you need. So our judicial system is worthless now. Why should we pay for all of these courts and judges and prosecutors if we're just going to take care of this on Facebook? If the twitters are 50% or more against you then you're guilty.
