A study that I ran across finds that when it comes to paranormal nonsense the Democrats are more likely, and in some cases very much more likely, to believe in the paranormal than are Republicans. In fact, Dems are TWICE as likely to believe in fortune telling than are Repubs.

The study also points out that Republicans are more likely to believe in heaven and hell and that there is a devil. But this can simply be attributed to the fact that Republicans are much more likely to have been socialized in a religious environment. In other words, Republican's base their belief upon religious ideology. So, upon what foundation do the Democrats base their belief in the supernatural? Comic books? The "X-Files"? Drug induced delusions?

Without an ideological basis for belief in Bigfoot and ghosts and werewolves, but with their firm belief in the same, one could easily conclude that Democrat voters are partially composed of a group of some size that is absolutely bat shit crazy. This certainly explains Obama and the current whack jobs vying for the Dem nomination for candidate for president. It also clearly demonstrates why some of these idiot Dems support free college, wealth redistribution, raising minimum wage, and a whole list of nutty leftist proposals. They are just fucking stupid, which comports with the conclusion that it is ignorance and stupidity that is leading the left to claim that requiring voter ID cards is tantamount to discriminatory against minorities and young people. They are apparently too fucking stupid to figure out how to obtain a state issued ID card.
