I must say ahead of time that this Biden science guy says that if we don't get our act together on climate change then it will cost us tens of trillions of dollars and then goes on to later admit that fighting climate change will cost us 50 trillion of dollars, which is tens of trillions of dollars anyway and then further goes on to not be able to answer the question of how much lower temperatures will be, even if we spent 50 trillion dollars.

My scenario: Hey honey, I want to buy a new guitar. Her: How much will it cost? Me: Well, I need it because all the other guitar players have newer instruments. Her: OK but how much? Me: A new guitar will lower my playing mistakes and, I estimate that IF I get paying gigs, my debt reduction should increase. Her: How much? Me: Well, that depends. Her: Depends on what?
